Prince Gabriel, soon to be the first professional soldier of Saxony-Coburg: “I like the military life”

Parachuting above Mont Saint-Michel, surviving in the unforgiving jungle and camping in the desert: Prince Gabriel (22) has pushed his limits during his army training. Mother Queen Mathilde even had sleepless nights because of it. His goal has almost been achieved: he now wants and is allowed to become a professional soldier. A change in the law makes it possible for Gabriel to become the first member of the royal family to have a paid job at Defense.
