The Zinser fashion house is expanding: From 2028, the fashion retailer will open a location in Pforzheim, as Zinser announced on Friday on the career network LinkedIn. The new location will be the company’s twelfth Zinser property. The retailer currently operates 11 locations, including nine fashion stores and two outlets.
The new fashion store in Pforzheim is being built in a former C&A building and extends over around 6,000 square meters on five floors. This will make it one of the largest houses in the group to date. In the future, a comprehensive range of women’s, men’s and children’s fashion as well as lingerie, lifestyle and home products will be offered there.
“We are very pleased to have found a location in Pforzheim that fits perfectly with our corporate strategy,” explain Christian Klemp and Steffen Mächtle, managing directors of Zinser.
With the planned opening in 2028, the company is making targeted investments in attractive city center locations and is thus sending a clear signal for the future of stationary retail in Baden-Württemberg, according to the statement.
