Favorite meteorologist Aleksi Jokela took part in the Arctic Lights Comic Con event organized at Helsinki Fair Center last weekend. Visitors to the event in question celebrate popular culture.
One significant part of the event is dressing up as a character from a game, TV or anime series.
Jokela posted a picture of his outfit on Instagram. He was dressed as Cloud Strife, who is familiar to many from the game series Final Fantasy.

– First time cosplaying at Arctic Lights Comic Con 2026, with/inspired by my daughter. There were more than 12,000 visitors at the fair, Jokela enthuses in his update.
– It’s fun when people recognize and come to chat and take pictures together because of a familiar game character and not because I’m a TV meteorologist, Jokela writes.
Jokela started as a meteorologist for MTV3 in 2012. Over the years, he has attracted a lot of attention with his dressing style.
– Viewers’ comments are usually related to clothing, performance or otherwise appearance, Jokela told Iltalehte in 2024.
– I rarely receive feedback regarding weather forecasts. There is usually no feedback if the forecast has gone wrong. There will be more feedback about other things.
