DOW JONES–The rating agency S&P Global Ratings has raised the outlook for Bulgaria to positive from stable. At the same time, analysts confirmed the country’s BBB+ credit rating late on Friday. The now positive outlook takes into account greater political stability, planned reforms and the allocation of EU funds, which are expected to strengthen growth and income levels.
