The Recording Academy has released the schedule for next year’s Grammy Awards.

The show itself will take place on February 7, 2027 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and the nominees for the 69th Grammy Awards will be announced on November 16, 2026. The Grammys are also changing their TV home next year: After 50 years on CBS, they are returning to ABC – the show is also streamed on Disney+ and Hulu.

The eligibility period for the 69th Grammys runs from August 31, 2025 to August 28, 2026. That means some big albums and songs from late last year will be in the running – including Taylor Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl” with the hit single “The Fate of Ophelia” and Rosalía’s “Lux”.

These albums are in the running

There is no shortage of 2026 releases that will probably also end up in the rating: Harry Styles’ “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally”, Ella Langley’s “Dandelion” (including the smash single “Choosin’ Texas”), BTS’ “Arirang”, Bruno Mars’ “The Romantic”, Don Toliver’s “Octane”, Raye’s “This Music May Contain Hope”, J. Cole’s “The Fall-Off”, Kacey Musgraves’ “Middle of Nowhere” and Noah Kahan’s “The Great Divide.” There are also already confirmed albums from Olivia Rodrigo, Shaboozey, Gracie Abrams and Drake (if he decides to resubmit) as well as rumored records from Charli XCX, Phoebe Bridgers and Lana Del Rey.

“The Grammys is about celebrating the music that moves the world – and this moment is built on that,” Grammys CEO Harvey Mason Jr. said in a statement. “This is an exciting time for us as an organization: a new home and a bold new chapter for the Grammy Awards. We’re just getting started, and the best is yet to come.”
