Iris Vuurman cleans up the Sarphatipark every day: ‘I leave human poop behind’

Cigarette butts, plastic packaging, broken picnic items and sometimes even human waste. It is the daily reality of Iris Vuurman, who takes a tour of the Sarphatipark in De Pijp every morning with her dog Juno (5). But while others are mainly annoyed by the mess, Iris now puts on her gloves as standard and starts cleaning up.
