After a changeable morning, it will be temporarily drier this afternoon and the sun will occasionally break through. It doesn’t get warm: the temperature remains stuck around 13 degrees.
It will cool down further tonight and showers will move across the province again during the night.
Tomorrow there is a chance of thunder and hail
Tomorrow will start fairly calmly with occasional sunshine, but showers will develop again during the morning. These last until the afternoon and evening.
According to Visser, the showers may be accompanied by thunder, hail and strong gusts of wind. The sun sometimes makes an appearance in between. The temperature remains around 12 to 13 degrees.
Ascension Day also remains changeable
On Ascension Day itself, the chance of rain remains high. Even then, thunderstorms are not excluded. There is a northwest wind and it remains chilly.
The weather will also remain changeable towards the weekend, with an alternation of sun and showers. Only on Sunday will the temperature rise slightly to about 15 degrees.
Warmer towards Pentecost
The showers will not disappear completely after the weekend, but the temperature will rise. Towards Pentecost the mercury can rise to about 20 degrees.
