Residents have two absolute prohibitions when Villa & scream professionals arrive to renovate the grounds of their seaside villa located right next to the golf course.
One absolute no is a pergola. Katarina doesn’t even understand the meaning of the structure, because they don’t have any kind of roof.
Ville utters another prohibition.

The order is useless to the extent that no one can conjure up a tick-free yard. The plot, which has gone wild, has already been cleared before the start of the yard renovation, partly because of the mite invasion. Kerttu dog especially suffered from it. Yard planner Laura Moilanen however, cannot promise that ticks will not be found in the future.
– No yard solution has been invented that is tick-free. Of course, you can try to reduce ticks a little on a well-kept lawn, but unfortunately you may find individual ticks on the lawn, Laura points out to the cameras.

Prohibitions are counterbalanced by wishes. The couple wants a beach sauna, the possibility of winter swimming, easy-care plants and an environment that takes children’s safety into account, without forgetting various entertainment options. Katariina and Ville have one special wish.
– Now I can say that we wanted Laura to plan this, Ville reveals only when everything is ready.

Katariina is also happy that the schedule for the major renovation has been kept, even though she doubted it.
