Anyone who takes to the Brabant highways this weekend must take extra travel time into account. The A58 from Tilburg to Eindhoven is closed, as is part of the A50 from Oss to Eindhoven.
The A58 will be closed all weekend between the De Baars junction and Oirschot. The closure came into effect on Friday evening and will last until 5 a.m. on Monday morning. Rijkswaterstaat carries out asphalt paving work. A diversion has been set up; Road users must take into account ten to thirty minutes of extra travel time.
Work is also underway on the A50, from Oss towards Eindhoven. The work is between Veghel and the Ekkersrijt industrial estate. In addition, the Uden-Centrum driveway is closed in that direction. Rijkswaterstaat is carrying out an emergency repair there. The work is expected to last until 5 a.m. on Monday morning.
A diversion has also been set up for the A50. The extra travel time there increases to ten to thirty minutes.
Rijkswaterstaat already carried out work on the A58 in two weekends earlier this year.
