Musk responded in this way to a message about a new phase in the judicial investigation in France.
X complicit in distributing images of child abuse?
In the wake of the investigations launched in 2025, an investigating judge in France has been charged with investigating possible complicity in the distribution of child abuse images on X, the Paris public prosecutor’s office announced on Thursday. A few days earlier, the American multi-billionaire had not responded to a summons from the French court for a voluntary interrogation.
