Romanian road pirate (60) flees from trial in the Netherlands, but is arrested in his own country after departure

A Romanian who committed numerous serious traffic violations during his stay in our country, but fled before he could be tried, thought he would be safe after leaving the Netherlands. That turned out not to be the case. More than 2,000 kilometers away, the 60-year-old road pirate was still handcuffed.
