Updated May 6, 2026 – 8:02 p.mReading time: 2 minutes

Bayern and Paris are ready for the semi-final showdown at the Allianz Arena. Coach Vincent Kompany sends these eleven players onto the pitch.
FC Bayern Munich can move into the final of the Champions League for the first time since 2020 this Wednesday. Munich coach Vincent Kompany, who is returning to the sidelines after his yellow card suspension in Prinzenpark, is changing one position compared to the 4:5 first leg defeat in Paris: Konrad Laimer replaces Alphonso Davies as left full-back. The Canadian is sitting on the bench for the time being.
The Belgian can also rely on young stars Lennart Karl, Tom Bischof and Raphaël Guerreiro; all three are back in the squad after their injury breaks, but will initially start from the bench. Only the injured national player Serge Gnabry (adductor avulsion) is missing.

In order to meet FC Arsenal in the final of the premier class in Budapest on May 30th, the German record champions have to defeat defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in the Allianz Arena at home. After the spectacle a week ago in France, PSG goes into the semi-final second leg with a one-goal lead.
If Bayern make it to the final, they could win the treble this season, like in 2013 and 2020, consisting of the championship, the DFB Cup and the Champions League. The title defense in the Bundesliga has already been successful. The cup final against last year’s winners VfB Stuttgart will take place on May 23rd in Berlin.
