Amsterdam company on US sanctions list due to exchange of Venezuelan gold for Iranian oil

A company in Amsterdam-Zuid turns out to be a cog in a large money laundering factory in which Iranian oil is traded for smuggled Venezuelan gold. The money went directly to the killing unit of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and to the terror group Hezbollah, US investigators say. Things ended badly for their smuggling plane.
