Bad news came out of Dallas.
The Lions will not receive NHL help from the Dallas Stars for this spring’s World Cup. PDO
The Finnish men’s national ice hockey team, or Leijonat, will not receive any confirmation for the spring World Cup from the ranks of the NHL club Dallas Stars. Leijoni’s head coach Antti Pennanen tells about it.
This means that forwards Mikko Rantanen and Roope Hintz and defenders Miro Heiskanen and Esa Lindell will not travel to the games in Switzerland.
– The guys from Dallas are not coming. They have injuries and there are other reasons. At this point, with this information, they are not coming, Pennanen told the Jääkieksliitto’s media conference on Tuesday.
The Stars, represented by Rantanen, Hintz, Heiskanen and Lindell, fell out of the playoffs in the first round of the NHL playoffs, when they lost their own series to the Minnesota Wild 2–4.
