Former skier Anita Korva would take quite a fitness challenge in honor of May Day.

Korva said on his Instagram account that he tried the so-called impossible mile. The challenge includes 400 meters of burpee jumps, step squats, bear walking and running.

The total length of the trip was therefore 1,600 meters, or about a mile.

Korva cursed after step squats and splashed a water bottle on his face to cool off.

– It wasn’t even bad. I felt a bit out of my ass, Korva said after the track lap in question was over.

After the bear walk, the ex-skier vented his joy. He also recommends the challenge to others.

– I’ve been wanting to test this for a long time and now it’s finally done. The pace was calm and quite appropriate. A fun challenge! It’s worth a try, he writes.

If the video does not appear, you can watch its here.

As a skier, Korva won four youth WC bronze medals and, among other things, the relay Finnish championship. The junior star also grabbed SM bronzes.

He has recently been racing for Hyrox. Hyrox is a sport originating from Germany that combines running and functional movements. Between runs, for example, step squats are done with additional weights, sleds are pulled and pushed, or kettlebells are handled.
