There will be no parliamentary investigation into British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The motion failed to obtain a majority in parliament. The investigation should have made it clear whether the Social Democrat Starmer may have consciously or unconsciously misled the House of Commons in the affair surrounding the appointment of Peter Mandelson as ambassador to the United States.
