The driver of a work van left havoc at a house on Sluisstraat in Geldrop on Friday evening. The bus hit a parked car at high speed, which then rammed into the house. The driver of the van fled.
The work van drove at high speed into the car, which was parked in the driveway of the house. The crash caused the car to fly through the outer and inner walls of the house. Through the window you can see that there are concrete blocks in the living room. The residents of the house are on holiday and were therefore not at home when things went wrong.
The work van came to a stop against a wall between the house and the adjacent gas station. This wall has partly collapsed. The driver of the work bus fled after the accident. The police are looking for the driver.
