In the third leg of the season in the Formula 1 World Championship, the Australian Grand Prix, Ferrari team’s Monaco driver Charles Leclerc will start from the first row. Leclerc won the first pocket with a time of 1 minute 17.868 seconds in the qualifying laps of the race to be held on the 5.2 kilometer track with the same name as the city of Melbourne.
The 24-year-old pilot won the second pole position this season after Bahrain and the 11th pole position of his career.
Max Verstappen of the Netherlands, one of the Red Bull drivers, took the second place and Sergio Perez of Mexico took the third place. The 58-lap race will start at 08:00 CEST tomorrow.
