British newspaper Daily Mail has released never-before-seen photos of the late singer Michael Jackson. Jackson is not alone in the pictures.
According to the Daily Mail, a 9-year-old at the time is sitting on Jackson’s lap in the photos Dominic Cascio. Cascio, now 39, has come forward with abuse allegations against Jackson.

The second photo is believed to be from February 1996, when Jackson was filming in Brazil They Don’t Care About Us -song’s music video. In the picture, Dominic is sitting on Jackson’s lap wearing a big white t-shirt. Dominic wasn’t wearing proper pants, just his underpants. Jackson appeared in his music video wearing the same shirt.
Now 39-year-old Dominic Cascio tells the Daily Mail that seeing the photo again still deeply shocks him.
– I can only imagine that my expression was related to what I had experienced at that very moment, he commented to the magazine.
He says that he feels fear and anxiety from the pictures.
Dominic, his brother Edward and Aldo as well as his sister Marie-Nicole Porte have sued Jackson’s companies and estate. In the lawsuit, they call Jackson a “serial molester of a family of children” who has sexually abused them since they were seven years old.
The suit was filed in federal court in Los Angeles. The lawsuit alleges that Jackson drugged, raped and sexually abused the Cascio family’s children. According to the lawsuit, the alleged abuse continued for “long periods of time” around the world.
The siblings are seeking compensation from Jackson’s estate for more than 183 million euros.
Attorneys for Jackson’s estate have denied the claims. They suspect the Cascio family is desperate for money.
