Maria Chiara Giannetta sheds his shoes Blanca to wear those of Rosa, an undercover agent who finds herself managing an explosive situation. Sky Original launches the trailer of Rose Electricthe thriller series on-the-run available from 8 May exclusively on Sky and streaming on NOW. Deals with from the novel of the same name by Giampaolo Simithe story follows a young recruit of the Witness Protection Unit dealing with his first, very risky assignment: to protect Cocìss, a Camorra baby boss determined to repent.
Electric Rosea relentless escape across Italy
The rhythm of the narrative emerges forcefully from the first images: an Italy crossed at speed, where the boundaries between allies and enemies quickly blur. When Rosa senses that something doesn’t add up in the operation, she chooses to break the chain of command and escape with the boy he is supposed to escort. Together with her, in the cast of Electric Rosewe find Francesco Di Napoli in the role of the unpredictable Cocìss. The series, directed by Davide Marengo, focuses on constant tension, transforming the mission into a race for survival against deviant clans and institutions.

A cast of intense and popular faces
What makes the structure of the story solid is a group of actors already loved by the general public. Elena Lietti she plays deputy commissioner Antonella Reja, the superior who constantly tests Rosa’s determination. The criminal side is instead entrusted to the talent of Antonia Truppowho lends her face to Nunzia Serafino, or “Mamma Camorra”, and others Pasquale Espositoin the role of fugitive boss Saro Incantalupo. To complete the picture there are Federico Toccifaithful colleague of the protagonist, and Francesco Foti in the role of a fierce Deputy Prosecutor.
The signature of an all-women team
There is one person who weaves the threads of this adrenaline-filled plot all-female screenwriting team led by Giordana Mari. A choice that is reflected in the construction of the characters, capable of moving between fragility and courage without ever falling into the usual stereotypes of the crime genre.

The debut is set forMay 8th on Sky Atlantic. The series will consist of six episodes, released in weekly (two every Friday) until May 22nd. For crime fans looking for adrenaline and stories of redemption, Electric Rose represents the unmissable event of spring, capable of mixing pure action with a deep psychological investigation into the bonds that arise under pressure.
