Apartment investor, entrepreneur and social media influencer Natalia Salmela has had a dream of owning her own house in Portugal. According to Salmela, this dream will not come true, at least not for now.
Salmela tells in his Instagram postthat he won’t go to Portugal to renovate the house next summer.
– Bureaucracy really stung our people, and I couldn’t bear to try anymore. Apparently, buying real estate from the other side of Europe has been made pretty much impossible for the company, Salmela writes on Instagram.
He says that no mutually satisfactory solution was reached with the sellers regarding the terms of payment.
– I did know the hardships of southern Europe, but I really wasn’t prepared that something so damn difficult could be such a simple thing, like for example getting house papers to be read.
– Such a dream project should be either cheap or nice. When there is neither, then it is not a dream. Next, you have to come up with either another dream or another house.
Salmela also sees good in this.
– Come to duuni tomorrow to sell apartments easily, quickly and digitally. If something is good, then after that adventure, my own work feels like child’s play.
