The condition of the humpback whale stranded off the German Baltic Sea island of Poel remained unchanged on Easter Monday. According to authorities, the animal is still breathing regularly, at intervals of two to four minutes, reports the Ministry of the Environment of the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Yet there is once again a glimmer of hope for the twelve-ton animal, which has been stuck again since Tuesday.
