A truck got stuck under the roof of a gas station on the Barrier in Bergeijk on Friday morning. The driver wanted to refuel but had overlooked that another truck had recently destroyed the roof of the gas station. That first truck was loaded with wood and had the crane still up. The driver damaged the roof and then fled.
The second driver overlooked the damage to the roof and got stuck. The fire brigade had to be called in to remove some parts of the roof. This allowed the stuck truck to drive backwards again. The police are investigating the truck that drove through, so that the damage can still be recovered.
