Following the tension in the match played between Yüksekovaspor and Fenerbahçe ŞansVev in the 24th week of the Turkcell Women’s Football Super League, the coach of the guest team, Gökhan Bozkaya, was injured by a foreign object thrown from the stands.
In the 1st minute of the match played at Şemdinli District Stadium, the yellow-dark blue team took the lead 1-0 with the goal scored by Zoe Van Eynde.
After the goal, plastic water bottles and confetti were thrown from the stands towards the field and towards the bench where the guest team’s technical staff and players were located.
Fenerbahçe arvaVev Coach Gökhan Bozkaya was injured when one of the thrown objects hit his head. Medical teams intervened and treated Bozkaya.
The tension ended with the intervention of the police and the club managers.
After the security measures were taken, Fenerbahçe arkaVev won the match 1-0, which started again.
The guest team left the field after the match amid the security measures taken by the police teams.
