A tiny room in Amsterdam for almost 100,000 euros, without a bathroom or kitchen. And only payable with your own money. It sounds absurd, but these types of ‘buying rooms’ are appearing more and more often. The municipality of Utrecht has a ban on the sale of individual rooms and has started enforcement.
