David di Donatello 2026, the nominations: actors, technicians, hosts

Today, April 1st, in the historic setting of Cinecittà, the hosts and nominations of the 71st edition of the David di Donatello Awards. At the helm of the gala evening on May 6th, broadcast live on Rai 1, will be the unprecedented pair of hosts made up of Bianca Balti and Flavio Insinna. A ceremony with a special flavour, as it will also inaugurate the brand new Teatro 23 of the Roman studios, as announced by Manuela Cacciamani, CEO of Cinecittà. Leading the race for the statuettes, with 16 nominations, is The city of the plain Of Francesco Sossaiwith Pierpaolo Capovilla and Sergio Romano.
