The three largest cities in the Netherlands have stopped sharing passport photos with the benefit organization UWV. The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam say that sharing should not have been allowed. Amsterdam has now reported a data breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The privacy watchdog is investigating the sensitive issue.
