Leader of student association in US charged after hazing that led to death of student (18)

The person responsible for recruiting new members at a student association at Northern Arizona University in the US has been charged following a hazing incident that left a first-year student dead. 18-year-old Colin Daniel Martinez died at the end of January after an evening of drinking during a student association meeting.
