Construction group Versluys from Ostend is taking former alderman and municipal councilor Yves Miroir to court. They say they are tired of the constant incorrect and defamatory statements about their construction project on the Oosteroever. According to Miroir, building on the site is prohibited because it is a protected cultural-historical landscape.
