With a large-scale raid, the police in Berlin and other federal states took action against hate crime, especially on the Internet.
Various apartments and other rooms have been searched in Berlin since early Thursday morning, said a police spokeswoman. The allegations include right-wing extremist comments, symbols and hate comments that were sent over the Internet.
The raids in several German federal states were carried out in connection with a Europe-wide day of action against hate crime. The Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) was in charge.
