According to a report by “Spiegel”, the actress Collien Fernandes is making serious allegations against her former husband Christian Ulmen.

Fernandes initially assumed that these were the actions of anonymous third parties and filed a complaint against unknown persons in Berlin in November 2024. However, according to her own account, her suspicions later turned to her personal circle.
As “Spiegel” reports, a decisive turning point is said to have occurred on December 25, 2024. According to Fernandes, her ex-partner admitted in a conversation that he was responsible for the activities. Looking back, she describes this moment as a deep shock.

In later communication, Fernandes made serious accusations against her ex-husband and used the term “virtual rape” to describe the events she experienced. The couple announced their separation in September 2025. Specific reasons for this were not made public.
The “Spiegel” also reports on an email in which Ulmen is said to have described a personal background to the alleged behavior to a defense lawyer. It talks about a “sexual fetish” and about having repeatedly created fake profiles in the name of his then wife, through which corresponding online interactions occurred.
According to the information, the responsible court in Palma de Mallorca has initially started preliminary investigations. It is currently unclear whether charges will be brought. Fernandes, who now appears without her ex-husband’s name, has recently frequently reported negative experiences with men while online dating. She is now also involved in initiatives to ensure that sexual harassment in the digital space is more legally sanctioned. Christian Ulmen has not yet commented on the allegations. As always in such cases, the presumption of innocence applies.
