A police officer has been fired after using drugs in private time, the East Brabant police report. The professional code prohibits officers from using hard and/or soft drugs.
The officer’s resignation took effect last Monday. The police call the use of drugs by officers ‘serious dereliction of duty’.
It is not known where the agent worked in East Brabant.
