On Wednesday evening, October 18, a man was robbed in his own garden on Artemisstraat in Tilburg. Two men ran into his yard, punched and grabbed the victim and threatened him with a gun. While one suspect threatened the man, the other entered the home.
Police report that the robbery appears to have been prepared. Earlier in the day, around 6 p.m., the suspects are said to have already explored the neighborhood. Surveillance cameras captured the men looking around and observing the situation.
The perpetrators took money, among other things. The victim was slightly injured. After the robbery, the men ran away, each in a different direction. The images show that these are the same men who had previously explored the neighborhood. Both men are described as aged 20 to 30, with dark skin and a black jacket.
The police are calling on people who have seen something or have more information to come forward.
