Radio host Kimmo Vehviläinen tells in a recent I might be wrong -podcast episode that he went to a heart movie for the first time.

– I now have the feeling that if I don’t do something, I won’t be alive in ten years. That’s for sure.

At that time, the program’s doctor Pippa Laukka prescribed him cholesterol and blood pressure medication, which he used for about a year. However, after the prescription expired, the matter remained.
– I’ve been a bit careless about my own health, because now there’s everything else, he says.
In that program, it was also revealed that his blood vessels are at “retirement age”. The man names smoking as the reason.
– I myself have pushed that cancer wrap between my lips.
Host couple Katja Ståhl teaches Vehviläinen that he could influence his situation by his lifestyle.
– If the way of life were more suitable, you would be a little younger in your veins, Ståhl says.
Vehviläinen says that he wants to stop smoking someday. However, he describes himself as a “hedonist”.
– I’d rather live a slightly shorter life, enjoying it, than an unusually long life without pleasures, he states.
You are what you eat – program a few years ago it became clear that Kimmo Vehviläinen lives on coffee, a lunch box and broken dreams. I had stopped doing sports, and I was not interested in cooking at all.
The most alarming detail was revealed in the results of a test measuring the state of stress. For that, the man got only eight points out of a hundred.
– I have never seen such low scores, Laukka was horrified.
– I didn’t realize that the situation was like that, Vehviläinen confessed.
