Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has addressed the United Nations Security Council for the first time since Russia’s invasion of his country. “I speak to you on behalf of the victims of Russia. The Russians must be held accountable for their war crimes,” the president said. According to Zelensky, Russia has committed the worst war crimes since the World War in Ukraine.
