The Liberty Tour returns to Drenthe this year. Already now. Because normally this event is held once every five years. And last year there was a major edition because of 80 years of freedom.
The fact that there will be another Liberty Tour this year is mainly because part of Drenthe was not or hardly visited. “We had skipped a part. We did not get to the head of Drenthe. We received some complaints about that from this region,” says organizer Sjoerd Looijenga.
