The cutest protest of the moment? That comes from Ghent: “We want to play in a park without turds!”

“There is no other option than to demonstrate.” Some children from the Brugse Poort in Ghent, East Flanders, have had enough of the nuisance in ‘their’ Acacia Park. They are not bothered by loitering youth, bombs or stray syringes. Their problem? Dog turds. “Since the dog toilet has been removed, it is no longer possible to do this here.”
