A 24-year-old man from Uden died on Saturday evening in a collision at the intersection of the N264 with the Wilhelminastraat in Uden. Two cars collided there. The other driver was not injured.
The accident happened around eight o’clock in the evening. The cause is not clear, but it was a hard blow.
Debris was scattered on the road and one of the cars was badly damaged. Two police cars, the fire brigade and several ambulances arrived on the scene.
The intersection is temporarily closed. The police are investigating how the accident could have happened.
