Kaisa Liski talks about her financial situation on the Aki Linnanahde Talk Show.

Kaisa Liski describes bankruptcy as a tough school. Pasi Liesimaa

Real estate agent Kaisa Liski says Aki Linnanahde Talk Show in the new episode about his financial situation.

Host Aki Linnanahde asks how Liski is managing financially at the moment.

– There’s not a lot of bragging here, but I’m a pretty tough guy. Quarter by quarter.

– I am an entrepreneur. We have family businesses. I work with three companies, one as an entrepreneur and two as a family entrepreneur. I make quite a pig’s dune, says Liski.

Liski says that he does some of the work as a subcontractor.

– The restaurant industry takes me with it. I love the current dunes. Real estate is the way it is, so I do quite a bit of it, but let’s say I’m fine and I have an excellent plan that’s moving along on schedule.

Linnanahde asks Liski if he can open the plan at all.

– There are such partners that I am not willing to bring these things that way. But just basic dune. Basic entrepreneurship, planning new things, development work and expansions.

Liski describes his previous bankruptcy as “the toughest school in business”.

– At that point, I can’t make a big fuss anymore, not even myself.

Liski became famous in 2011 Real estate queen Kaisa through the program. The program painted a picture of a successful real estate agent living a luxurious life.

In the end, Liski’s scenes collapsed. The company went bankrupt, Liski had health concerns, and in May 2024 he was sentenced to an eight-month suspended prison sentence for breaching business secrets.

Written by Vera Miettinen, published in the fall The real estate queen Kaisa Liski’s battle (Deadline Kustannus) described how the scenes collapsed after many setbacks.

The book describes, among other things, how in the best years, Liski’s annual income was 150,000 euros a year. Liski had a lot of expenses, but also income and debt.

Liski and Miettinen visited Iltalehti’s Ukkola program in October. There, among other things, Liski talked about his hard foreclosure record.

– I was solely responsible for a fairly large financial responsibility for a long time, or almost alone. When such fixed costs are on you and you get sick, is there any other way to get by in Finland than to be foreclosed on, Liski thought.
