The last day of the Champions League has given its verdicts: Inter finishes in ninth place, victorious in Dortmund with goals from Dimarco and Diouf but forced, by just one point, to make the playoffs (here is the ranking). It is already time, therefore, to look at the possible opponents, which will be decided by the draw on Friday at 12pm. The Nerazzurri will face one of Benfica and Bodo Glimt in the playoffs, while in the event of progressing to the round it would be Sporting or Manchester City who await Chivu’s team in the round of 16. Even in that case, a further draw will decide. Let’s therefore analyze, one by one, the next obstacles on Inter’s European path.
