Host Mikko Kekäläinen will be seen soon Game guy Martti Vainaa, known for his hit & Sallitut ainet in the ranks of the band.
The band is doing the Martti Vainaa 25th anniversary tour, returning to the performance stage for the first time in twelve years. The band returns in its original line-up, which includes Max Poster, Dick Burner, Dan Sugar and Wolf Gustav.
The original line-up also includes a drummer Lazy Diamondi.e. Mikko Kekäläinen.
Kekäläinen says in the announcement published on Instagram that he has been in close contact with the members of the band for years, even though the band has been on hiatus.
– Now we are back to making music together, and playing is more fun than ever! New songs are coming during the spring, but all our favorite songs from our earlier years will definitely be heard at the concerts, he writes.

The band will make an official return to the concert stages after a 12-year break at Joroinen Härkäfesti on June 26, 2026.
Martti Vainaa & Sallitut ainet is a pop band founded in 2001. Originally it was a trio, but the band grew to a five-piece in 2005. In the early stages of their career, the band mainly played cover songs, to which they added their own lyrics and arrangements. In its last line-up, the band focused entirely on creating its own production.
In 2003, the band made a motivational song for the Jyväskylä floor bandyseura Happei Game guywhich became a 2005 summer hit. After its release, it immediately rose to number one on the singles chart in week 28 and remained in the Top 20 for a total of 26 weeks. According to Yle’s official weekly sales reports Game guy was Finland’s best-selling single in 2005.
The group’s activities never officially ended, but the members each moved on to their own careers. The last public gig was organized at the Happee floorball club’s SM gold party in Jyväskylä’s Hippos hall on April 20, 2014.
