This week, a Japanese cheesecake is all the rage on social media. The name comes from the fact that the phenomenon is said to have originated from a video by a Japanese content producer, otherwise there is nothing particularly characteristically Japanese about the cake. It is made with Greek yogurt and Biscoff cookies.
