On the last day of the European Championship distances in Poland, the Dutch skaters took gold in the team pursuit. The occasional team of national coach Rintje Ritsma provided the only Dutch gold of the day. There was also bronze in the 1500 meters (men), silver in the mass start (men) and two Dutch skaters were on the podium after the 1000 meters (women).
