An Ice agent shot and killed a 37-year-old woman, wife of a well-known local activist, while she was driving her car. It happens in Minneapolis. A witness at the scene said the woman’s car was blocking ICE; ICE told them to move and then they shot her while she was still in the vehicle and driving away. Witnesses say she died immediately.
