Biathlon Olympic champion Aleksandr Tikhonov, 78, has voted Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko “Person of the Year”, Sovetski Sport magazine news.
The survey was organized by a research center called Russian Field.
Tikhonov gave quite special reasons for his choice. According to him, Lukashenko’s love for hockey is very important.
