FC Bayern Munich is expanding its coaching team. A 35-year-old newcomer comes from England as an additional assistant coach.
The German record champions Bayern Munich have expanded their coaching team to include Daniel Fradley. The 35-year-old Brit, who previously worked as chief analyst at Manchester City, is expected to support head coach Vincent Kompany’s team in defending their title and in other competitions. Fradley brings experience from Major League Soccer and the English league.
As the club announced, Fradley will be appointed as an additional assistant coach. Before joining Manchester City, he worked as chief analyst for MLS club New York City and English fifth division club Rochdale. This commitment is part of the club’s long-term planning.
Coach Kompany had already extended his contract until 2029 at the end of October. In December, the contracts of assistants René Maric, Aaron Danks and Floribert Ngalula as well as goalkeeping coach Michaelrechner were also extended.
