Finland seizes cargo ship after damage to submarine telecom cable: vessel sailed with anchor thrown out

Finnish authorities have taken control of a vessel suspected of deliberately causing damage to a telecom cable between Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia. Fourteen people on board have been arrested. The Finnish police said this in a press release on Wednesday.
