Residual waste collection in Zoetermeer
On New Year’s Day, the garbage men and women have a day off. If your residual waste is normally collected on Thursdays, you now have to wait an extra day. Place your gray container on the street side before 8:00 am on Friday, January 2 and everything will be neatly collected.
GFT+E waste collection
On Friday, January 2, there is no point in putting your wheelie bin with green, fruit and garden waste on the side of the road. The garbage truck only comes by for residual waste. Your green container will be used up Saturday January 3 emptied. Place your wheelie bin on the side of the road before 8:00 am.

Do you have plans to do odd jobs around New Year’s Eve? Unfortunately, you are not welcome with bulky waste at the municipal environmental depot on Argonstraat on New Year’s Day. This will be open again on Friday 2 January. It is not necessary to make an appointment for this.
