According to the news in Hürriyet, it was claimed that the black-and-white management reached an agreement in principle with Danish goalkeeper Filip Jörgensen, who plays for Chelsea.
It was stated that Beşiktaş Football Committee members Murat Kılıç and Melih Aydoğdu, acting in line with the report of coach Sergen Yalçın, persuaded the 23-year-old goalkeeper to come to Istanbul on loan. It was noted that the talks with Chelsea focused on rental conditions.

Jörgensen, who was transferred from Villarreal to Chelsea for a transfer fee of 24.5 million euros last season, played in 4 matches for the English team this season. The Danish goalkeeper’s contract with Chelsea, whose current market value is shown as 15 million euros, continues until June 30, 2031.
