These are the ingredients of Christmas Dinner 2025 – The celebration of Italian cuisine, show hosted by Antonella Clerici broadcast this evening at 9.30 pm on Rai 1 and RaiPlay. The evening event will also be an opportunity for celebrate the (recent) recognition of Italian Cuisine as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO. Lots of guests: from very famous chefs like Massimo Bottura and Antonino Cannavacciuolo up to Gianni Morandi, Al Bano and Michela Giraud.

After the success of the last edition, Christmas dinner – The celebration of Italian cuisine return to also tell about the menus of the Christmas holidays, the traditions, the rituals, the symbols, the songs, the folklore and great gastronomic heritage of our country.
In an elegant studio with suggestive atmospheres Christmas, Antonella is the protagonist of an engaging show, enriched by the presence of numerous faces loved by the public, to celebrate the most awaited party of the year together. The evening will be animated by musical performances with the most famous Christmas songs, moments of lightness and comedyprestigious connections with the most authoritative protagonists of Rai, meetings, personal stories and also spaces for reflection.
In the center of the study, a table set for dinnerthis year even more spectacular, which will act as a common thread between the different moments of the show and Antonella’s incursions into the adjacent kitchen of It’s always midday. Guests from Gianni Morandi to Belen Rodriguez
Special guest of the last edition (together with Stefano De Martino), Gianni Morandi returns to the studio of Christmas dinner to sing his greatest hits but also to talk about the importance that the Christmas holidays have for him. After the holidays, Gianni will start the preparation of new tour There was a boy – Gianni Morandi Story to celebrate the 60th anniversary of his legendary song There was a boy who, like me, loved the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. First date April 15th in Conegliano and then moved to Milan, Turin and Genoa.
Also alongside Antonella Belen Rodriguez, present confirmed despite some rumors of the last hours that speak of a serious moment of fragility for the showgirl Argentina. The cast of the show is enriched by the presence of some big names in Italian cuisine. Like Antonino Cannavacciulo and Salvatore De Riso, famous pastry chef from the Amalfi Coast. Also in the studio is Massimo Bottura, award-winning international chef defined as a “creative genius” by New York Times. Bottura – among his many activities and commitments – he is also a United Nations ambassador for the global sustainable development goals.
Al Bano will instead sing some classic Christmas songs together with the Piccolo Coro dell’Antoniano and the Piccolo Coro di Caivano. The guest list, however, does not end here given that Peppone Calabrese will also alternate in the studio, Carlo Conti, Mons. Mauro Gambetti, Gianluca Gazzoli, Michela Giraud, Maurizio LastricoFulvio Marino and the host of Life live Alberto Matano.
Also in the studio were Clementino and Nek, coach of The Voice Senior which concluded last week. The Nek team lifted the trophy, winning thanks to Francesco De Sienawhile Clementino, paired with Rocco Hunt, brought competitors such as Pierluigi Lunedei and Carmelo Sciplino to the final.
